Welcome to StreamGarden Entertainment. We're a relatively new VTuber "agency" (more on that part later), created in part as a response to previous groups that were found to either be a "black company" (a term used in Japan and other countires to decribe a hostile, exploitative company), not treating their talents properly, or are/were otherwise an undesirable agency to work with, whether through distasteful contracts, financial mismanagement, personnel issues, and other problems.
This agency aims to be different, combining the concept of creator freedom, with an open and transparent model for talent management, networking, financial policies and ethics, and above all, putting our talents first. Far too often talents have had drama and issues come to light and received minimal support (if any at all in many cases) from their own management agency, whether it be a public statement, legal action, or even just love and support from their support team. We firmly believe that is NOT how you treat your talents, and strive to be better than some have been in the past.
How do we plan to be different? One thing that stands out from other agencies is a transparent, publically available talent contract. What you see on our public page showing it, is almost identical to what your personal contract will show, with the exception of personal information being included on your contract, and any special agreements you require, discussed and agreed upon before signing the contract.
We're of course always looking for new talent, and offer various ways to be part of group, ranging from managing everything necessary for you to only worry about your content, through to simply being a support network for what you may already be doing as an independent creator. We do as well welcome non-VTuber creators, though we are - currently at least - more specialized and focused on the smaller underserved VTuber community.
